It has been more than 2 years since his debut album Up All Night went multi platinum now Kip Moore readies his highly anticipated sophomore album with fans already getting teasers from the songwriter/musician. WILD ONE'S has been hailed early on as a critics choice album of the year. With the release just days away Moore will debut five music videos from the up and coming album on CMT and Vevo. Craig Morgan Announces 9th Annual Charity Event Benefitting The Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation

One of country music's most adventurous entertainer's, Craig Morgan is set to host his 9th Annual Charity Event benefiting the Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation on October 17th in Dickson, Tennessee. Known for his high-flying skills on the motocross tracks, the country music star and award-winning TV host will go green in 2015, starting with a golf tournament at Greystone Golf Course, followed by a family-friendly festival from the city's War Memorial Lawn, and capped with a memorable concert with Craig Morgan and friends. Tickets went on sale starting Saturday August 8th. Season 9 American Idol alum musician/artist Casey James returned to Canton, Ohio this past week to not only perform for Ohio fans he gave his heart to Ohio. James took time to visit the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital spending his day with some very special children including Lauren Capo the mother of Sophia Capo who was born with a special heart, she was only 15 days old when she passed of CHD, Congenital Heart Defect. It was Lauren who founded The Sophia Capo Memorial Foundation in 2013 to help raise awareness on CHD's.  The show was not only a part of the 2015 Football Hall of Fame Kick-Off week, proceeds in general admission including VIP show and meet n' greet upgrades benefited the Sophia Capo Memorial Foundation at Jerzee's Sports Grille at Belden. Craig Morgan's 2nd Annual Billy's Place 5K To Take Place August 22nd

Craig Morgan is challenging his fans, friends and neighbors as he prepares to host the second annual Billy Place 5K on Saturday August 22 at 8 am from Montgomery Bell State Park in Dickson, Tennessee. Montgomery Bell State Park  Runners and walkers can sign up at 2nd Annual Billy's Place 5K Craig Morgan Foundation - Registration  Registration is $30 in advance and $35 for walk up registrations day of race, while tickets for children 7 and under are free and welcome to participate in the 60-yard dash. Spirit tickets will be available for supporters who prefer to participate from the sidelines. Everyone registered by August 1 will receive an official race t-shirt and the top 5 female and male finishers will receive a commemorative trophy.

Craig Morgan Makes Milestone 200th Opry Appearance

More than a decade has passed, and the longevity of Craig Morgan's career has found him achieving the Opry's highest honor, celebrating 200 appearances in the circle. Morgan has a been a staple of country music from the late 90's into early 2000, and on Tuesday July 21st Craig made his 200th appearance on the Opry stage. To honor the occasion, Morgan performed memorable hits, "That's What I Love About Sunday," "Redneck Yacht Club," and a brand new song, "Country Side of  Heaven, " to a packed house in the historic venue. He is set to celebrate his 7th anniversary as a member of the prestigious Opry this fall.

Morgan, a country music entertainer, military veteran and award-winning TV host, just launched the 6th season of "Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors" on the Outdoor Channel. The Black River Entertainment recording artist has spend the last six months focused in the studio, recording a new album with producer Byron Gallimore, and new music is expected to be released this year.

Bucky Covington Releases New Single and Readies New EP

It's been 3 years since Covington has released a project, and there is excitement coming from the Bucky Covington camp. Now an independent artist Covington is doing things his way and is one happy man.  On July 14th Covington is releasing a 6 song EP titled Happy Man with songs written by Dan Couch, Due West's Brad Hull, Dale Oliver to name on the EP. The first single "I Feel Ya"  get's shipped to country radio this month via PlayMpe and CDX.  Fans who pre-order the EP today receive the single immediately. Covington's  producer credit along side Grammy nominated producer and songwriter Dale Oliver is a first of many new projects to come from Bucky.

"This project means a lot to me as an independent artist," Bucky says. "The good part is that there's no one telling me what songs to pick, and the bad part is no one is there to tell me what songs to pick or paying for making the music, so all the risk is on me. That said, I hope everyone loves it as much as I do!" The singer adds with his signature lighthearted smile and a laugh.

2015 CMT Music Awards Winners & Highlights

Several events take place the week of CMA Music Festival, yet the party doesn't get it's start until the CMT Music Awards airs LIVE. On Wednesday June 10th the red carpet rolls out at the Bridgestone Arena where country music and it's stars come out for the FAN voted awards show. Low and behold massive FGL, Carrie Underwood fans prevail earning Underwood and Florida Georgia Line the night's top winners. This doesn't come as a shock to the nationwide viewing audience. It was though a night of modern country at it's finest, today's generation of fans and all their glory. What could be the worst were the performances of the night with very few stand outs in mind. Reba returned to the performing stage in 10 years and didn't disappoint claiming the night's biggest highlight performing her single "Going Out Like That". She commands the stage. Zac Brown Band gave a performance that left me wanting more performing "Homegrown". The band does no wrong when it comes to country simplicity. Where as other performances either fell flat or were run of the mill mediocre at best. Hosting together for the first time Erin Andrews and Brittany Snow made up for lame puns or jokes, however one was evident to the Tomato reference leaving women cheering. It was a woman's kind of night for Underwood and Lambert who won for collaborative video of the year for "Something Bad", Lambert is currently on tour and wasn't there to accept. Underwood graciously accepted for Lambert. The two hour telecast that ran 10 minutes over though left nothing to the imagination. To sit through a two hour show with only a couple performances that were worth watching was a complete snooze fest at best. Take it as you will.

Casey James Room To Breathe On New Music

It's been more than two years since his debut album now Casey James readies a new album and a new direction in his life as a person,  musician,artist and entertainer. One shouldn't pigeon hole James who's much more than just a  singer song writer. The growth and maturity shows in his style and artistry. The first single release on the highly anticipated sophomore album yet to be announced, "Fall Apart" was a song he heard from his producer. Written by Zach and Josh Carter of KINGSTON along with Will Bowden came about on inspiration in an earlier interview with KINGSTON ( see KINGSTON interview on the next page) James was so intent on having the song as it resonated with him. One who has heard "Fall Apart" the lyrics ring true to moving on from a broken heart or torn relationship. Several can relate.
Currently on a state to state radio tour James previews new material, one song that will appear on the soon to be album "Living Room" has a bluesy,southern country vibe. Again it's eminent on the direction James takes  lyrically and musically in either choosing material or writing his own. In the two plus years Casey's views have changed yet when it comes down to it he's the same person he was just 5 years ago on the indicated reality TV music competition American Idol, James third place finish was just the beginning of a career fans knew early on. As myself saw much more than a musician, someone who's faced adversity and the growing challenges men his age deal with, it's human nature, and clearly Casey has risen above it all in faith. What more can be is the sense of humor and not taking himself so seriously as he recently sat down with Big D and Bubba In The Morning Show Monday March 30th, the day "Fall Apart" impacted radio. Casey discussed a number of topics and one on a friend recommending a supplement he should try, he explains "Not only does this green concoction smell like grass it tastes like it. This is cows food, not something any human should drink, so I tried it," he laughs. D and Bubba simultaneously burst saying, "maybe it came from cow stock." Laughing as I did thought, okay here is country music's biggest Goobers in one room having just a good ole time. Nothing wrong with it either making the morning show that much better. James brings up to discussion the process a bit on this album which was clearly getting it right, all that he has gone through in these past two years to get this album together. "The growing up I did to where I am now is in this music", he explained. James is so excited fans are bursting at the seams to when the album will be complete and ready to hear in it's entirety. From radio station to radio station to fan chats, Q & A's Casey's itching to hit the road more in 2015, and already have several shows coming up in the next few months. Craig Morgan Announces 2nd Annual Billy's Place 5K To Benefit Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation

Craig Morgan is challenging his fans, friends and neighbors as he prepares to host the second annual Billy's Place 5 k on Sunday, April 12,2015 at 1 pm from

Montgomery Bell State Park in Dickson, Tennessee.

Runners and walkers can join, starting up at at Dickson Craig Morgan 2nd Annual Billy's Place 5 k Events and all TriStar Bank locations in Dickson. Registration is $30 in advance and $35 for walk up registrations day of race, while tickets for children 7 and under are free and they are welcome to participate in the 60-yard dash. Spirit tickets will be available for supporters who prefer to participate from the sidelines. Everyone registered by March 29th will receive an official race t-shirt and the top 5 female and male finishers will receive a commemorative trophy.

The 5 k road race will benefit the Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation, supporting foster children in Dickson County and throughout Middle Tennessee.
