Jana Kramer Lights Up Stage At Ohio's Dusty Armadillo

Jana Kramer is as sweet and sassy as she is all country, the Michigan native sounds more of a southern native than a midwesterner. Jana shows her truest colors as an artist and entertainer and it certainly showed throughout her live hour long set Saturday night
January 5th at the #1 concert venue Dusty Armadillo in Rootstown, Ohio.
Kramer's spunk and wit oozes appeal, with that in mind Jana didn't disappoint performing songs from her self titled debut album that was just released 6 months ago, the first single "Why Ya Wanna" went gold and earned her a spot as one of the top 100 singles of 2012. Kramer's current single "Whiskey" gives fans what to look for in the coming months ahead. Performances of Whiskey and Why Ya Wanna had the crowd roaring, although went on through out the night past show time.
The diversity Kramer delivers is well sure to get any country music fan in the mood, and did, performances of Sheryl Crow's "All I Wanna Do" and JoDee Messina's "Bye Bye" were not a far stretch from her own tracks, infact Jana's performance of  "All I Wanna Do" seamed more of paying homage to Crow, no imitation necessary. With the kiss off to Messina's "Bye Bye" Jana gave it and the crowd loved it. If I say so myself don't mess with Jana she'll stick it right to you. Among the performances, it was the medley of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" and "Run Baby Run" that showcased Kramer's more modern side, band mate Trey Hill plays to Kramer's more edgier vibe, these two feed off well among other band mates and keyboard, vocalist, guitarist Michael Hughes. I say this band meshes well together, it's a perfect fit.
Jana's high energy performance of "Free Fallen" was the highlight throughout the set, there was no doubt of crowd interaction as it clearly was. Kramer's performances of " King of Apology", Goodbye California, "I Hope It Rains" and "One of The Boys" made it all that much sweeter for fans who knew most lyrics to each track. I must admit, only those familiar to me were most recognizable.
Jana Kramer is surely on the right track in her music career only setting the path for longevity, as it should be. Jana remains humble who greatly appreciates the fan support, country music has truly embraced her. Country Music City Promotions will continue to support Jana.
