Eric Paslay is celebrating a #1 hit with "Friday Night" and a highly anticipated debut album release this week so it is perfectly fitting for Paslay to be NRA's featured artist of the month. Excited to get this music out to fans has been a long time coming for the songwriter and entertainer. A small town country boy Paslay is appreciative of all that is happening these days. He recalls always working, writing and just honing his skills as a writer. Every day people inspire him as I can relate. Everyone and everything inspire a writer, the diversity is endless. Paslay has written for several artists in country music and now with the tables turned a bit Eric is enjoying the spotlight but don't let that think he hasn't dreamed of making it on his own. The contentment Paslay shows is honest and real, a real small town boy making his dreams come true.
