Highlights From The 47th Academy of Country Music Awards

What you might have missed from the 47th Academy of Country Music Awards will want you to relive the moment all over again. The pivitol highlights of the evening a wedding, a real wedding acompanied by the duet of  Martina McBride and Train's Pat Monahan performing "Mary Me". The story behind the wedding would make a grown man cry,the bride lost her husband from a tragic event early on in her life,and as a widow and single mom of two found true love again.

Keith Urban performed "For You" in honor of the military, the song featured on the soundtrack  for the the film Act of Valor. It's the sacrifice made in the day to day military struggle and fight. Urban's performance shows footage of the film. Attendee's were of those in the military services.

Zac Brown Band brings Brad Paisley to the stage to perform "Whisky's Gone" in which Paisley gives homage to Zac Brown wearing of course in  Brad Paisley fashion a beanie. The rowsing performance was truly an instrumental high note. Paisley showing his guitar licks giving Zac Brown a run for it.


Little Big Town brought us awareness of Child Hunger in our nation,  a young children's choir acompanied them in song, it just so happened to be a performance non of us will forget,it does put a great effect on us in this world how many children go without food.
