Ohio turns pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month in October and 94.9 FM WQMX Your Station Your Country Akron's Country is holding their 14th annual Bosom Buddies benefit. Proceeds from the event will benefit Akron General's Muffins for Mammograms program which provides mammograms for women and men who can't afford them.
For anyone who's been affected by breast cancer we're not alone, Bosom Buddies is generated to help support the cause of Breast Cancer Awareness.
The 14th Annual Bosom Buddies will take place Tuesday October 15,2013 at
Tangiers Restaurant and Entertainment center with musical guest performances by country artists Kellie Pickler and Frankie Ballard. Both Kellie and Summer are continuing inspirations how we come together to make a difference and fight the fight.
